At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the package after your request is approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
